I've been using it for a year already and my inches have shed away! Drink lots of water and it will literally burn your fat. It is amazing. I love it. Not sure about everyone else but it works for me. Lots of water is key (plus I’m literally thirsty all day so it’s perfect) I’ve only been taking it for 3 months and have lost inches (haven’t weighed myself yet) I cannot day I’ve been eating better because I really haven’t changed that and I haven’t had time to work out.
